With the Pontoonz DIY concept construction is easy

There are 4-6 basic steps to assemble the hull using main and bow pods.

Step 1

Assemble the hulls - turn them upside down, join with keel joiner plates and insert a sacrificial keel if wanted.

STEP 2

Join bow pods to boat pods (if using) with a shaped beam

step 3

Turn the hulls over and fix transverse beams. (These beams should be cut and drilled away from the plastic pods so that they are not compromised.)

Step 4

Build the bow as per your design requirements. Decking may extend beyond the bows.

STEP 5

Add the decking and all the other components you want to complete the craft.
